Research + Campaign AI Tools

Three working tools that help marketing and sales teams answer company questions, track market changes, and build campaigns from approved material.

Who it helps

Use them for launch prep, sales enablement, competitor monitoring, weekly planning, and campaign production without losing the source behind an answer or draft.

What I did

Each product keeps the input, working stages, output, and source evidence visible. The team reviews the result before it is shared or published.

What changed

A team can spend less time searching files, scanning weak alerts, and starting campaign work from a blank page. The output is ready to check, edit, and reuse.

MY ROLE

I handled the product ideas, workflows, interfaces, document search, AI drafting, implementation, and public demos.

01 / GTM OS

Give the team answers they can check and reuse.

During launch prep, sales enablement, or a customer call, the answer to a pricing, positioning, objection, or claim question may be spread across several files. The person who knows where everything lives becomes the bottleneck.

GTM OS lets the team ask questions across the documents it already uses. Marketing can check positioning, sales can prepare for an objection, and a new teammate can learn the product. Every answer stays beside the source passages used to write it.

01

Answer common GTM questions

Ask about pricing, positioning, claims, competitors, objections, or launch plans across the documents already used by the team.

02

Give reviewers the evidence

Each answer appears beside the exact source passages, so someone can check the wording before it reaches a prospect or customer.

03

Reuse one answer across teams

Marketing, sales, customer success, and leadership can work from the same reviewed documents instead of rebuilding answers in separate chats.

04

Cut repeat search and handoff work

The question, answer, and evidence stay together for launch briefs, sales prep, onboarding, and internal reviews.

02 / SIGNALSCOPE

Turn market monitoring into a brief the team can use.

A team preparing a launch, sales meeting, or quarterly plan needs to know what competitors shipped, what customers are discussing, and which changes may affect the market. Raw alerts leave someone with a long feed to read and explain.

SignalScope collects public updates around a company, competitor set, category, and goal. It removes weak matches, groups the useful signals, and writes a brief with the original links attached.

01

Run a focused market check

Choose the company, competitors, category, and monitoring goal so the report stays tied to the decision the team needs to make.

02

Remove weak updates

Two review passes remove obvious noise, repeated stories, and items that do not match the topic before the brief is written.

03

Give decision makers the sources

Every theme and recommendation keeps its original links, so the reader can check the reporting before acting on it.

04

Turn monitoring into next steps

The final brief groups competitor moves, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions for the next planning or sales conversation.

03 / FLOWCRAFT

Give a marketing team a campaign it can review and run.

A product launch, event, article, research report, or customer story may contain enough material for a full campaign. The work still stalls when the team has to find the angle, choose channels, draft every post, and keep the message consistent.

Flowcraft reads the approved material, suggests themes, turns them into a channel plan, and prepares drafts for review. The team can edit, approve, flag, copy, or export each draft before anything is published.

01

Start from approved material

Load a product brief, article, customer story, event recap, or research note instead of asking the team to start from a blank prompt.

02

Agree on the campaign direction

Review the themes, content pillars, audience, and channel plan before creating a full set of drafts.

03

Give each channel a usable draft

The selected channels receive their own drafts while the source, campaign goal, audience, and brand voice stay consistent.

04

Keep review before publishing

Editors can change, approve, flag, copy, or export every draft. Flowcraft does not publish on the team's behalf.

THE CONNECTING IDEA

Each tool shows its sources and leaves the final choice to the user.

GTM OS works with information already inside the company. SignalScope works with changes outside the company. Flowcraft turns approved information into campaign work.

All three follow the same rule. The user can see what the AI used, understand what it produced, and make the final decision.
